Don't think you can do yoga?  Think again.  The DDP Yoga program is called YRG...Yoga for Regular Guys...as it was designed by Diamond Dallas Page, a legendary WWE Prowrestler.

There are many professional athletes that now do DDP Yoga only...no weight lifting, no cardio, no endless workout sessions in the gym.

Come and learn how a simple, low-imact 20 min YRG session can change your life.  Introduce your body to the 12 core moves of YRG by doing the "Diamond Dozen" and come back for a second session, based on your needs!
